“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
Jeremiah 17:7-8
We have a class for all ages. Children's classes include: a nursery, 2's & 3's, 4's - 1st grade, 2nd - 5th grades, & 6th - 12th grades.
The adult classes are designed to give practical instruction to help us navigate a challenging world. We have plenty of space to encourage social distancing in all our class rooms as we aim to provide a safe and welcome environment.
"Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name."
Our worship services are focused on our good and mighty God through song, prayer, and message. Our corporate worship should inspire us throughout the week to worship, grow, & rely on God's transforming power.
"His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence."
Our Sunday evening service is casual & conversational. Sometimes we focus on short, 4-6 week studies and other times we build on ideas that were not fully explored during the morning message. We encourage discussion as we learn how to live out our faith.
During this service, we provide a class for children up to 3rd grade.
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near."
Our prayer meetings are informal. Come as you are and you don't need to pray out loud if that is a concern. We desire to model the early church in Acts which was always devoted to prayer and desired to obey Jesus' commands to pray. In return, those early believers reaped large blessings. You will be amazed at how much there is to actually pray about and we hope you'll leave ready to face the rest of the week with God's power.
Youth group begins at 6:30 and overlaps prayer meeting. If you have children in 6th-12th grades, you may wish to check out the teen page.
"All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer."
Youth ministry is important to us. Children should believe that church is for them, not just for adults. Our teachers love children and encourage learning and friendship. Children are taught that God's word is profitable for all things in life and godliness. As they grow, we pray the Spirit continues guiding them toward good and Godly things.
Currently, the bulk of our youth ministry takes place on Sunday during the Sunday school hour (9:30), but we also have other youth ministries as well. During the Sunday evening service children up to 3rd grade have their own class. We also partner with Impact Clubs in the Randolph school district, encourage youth to attend summer camp, and host Vacation Bible School for our area youth during the summer.
We encourage people to use their abilities for God's glory and there are almost always opportunities to volunteer in our youth ministries. Volunteers who work with youth have completed background checks, have gone through training, and are of Godly character. We take safety seriously.
"His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence."
Teenage years are challenging to navigate! We believe the Bible holds the keys to successfully navigating every challenge facing teens. Our teen leaders know how to have conversations with teens, know how to encourage fun, and are knowledgeable of issues facing today's teens. Our teen ministries provide opportunity for teens to learn how to rely on God's word so they can grow into Godly leaders at home, school, work, and athletics.
We love our teen volunteers, and hope you do as well! Our volunteers have all completed background checks, are of good moral standing, and have undergone training to prepare them for leadership.
"Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe."
Missions begins at home. Our community is our primary mission field so we count it a privilege to be a light in Randolph. Pre-COVID, our clothing ministry was one way we were able to meet real needs. That ministry has not yet resumed. Impact Clubs, VBS, and "Halloweenie" are a few other community-focused ministries. We welcome ideas and opportunities to partner more closely with our community.
Missions has been an important part of our own church history: we have sent and support several missionaries from Randolph and surrounding communities. We support as much mission work as possible through prayer, finances, and tangible means.
"And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’"

More details will be announced in the Spring of 2022

"Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God."
Jesus paid our debt! Sin debt can be permanently erased and we can be sure of our eternal destination.

What we know about God should cause us to better lead our families, live in our community, & fellowship with believers. Faith becomes feet!

Pastor Jonathan Douglass loves helping people grow in their love of God. He is also excited when people learn to practically apply truths from God's Word.

The most important question you can answer is, “Do I know where I’m going when I die?” The Bible teaches that you can know for certain whether you will go to Heaven or Hell when you die. You can know you will go to Heaven for certain through this simple formula of A—B—C…

Admit honestly to God that you have sinned and disobeyed Him. The Bible says:
“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
“The wages of sin is death (everlasting punishment).” Romans 6:23

Believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again. His blood was shed to pay for your sins. The Bible says:
“Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
“But God demonstrates His own love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
Because Jesus loves you so much, He took the punishment for you so that you can be forgiven.

Choose to trust Jesus alone for the forgiveness of your sins. The Bible says:
“Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
“He who believes in Him (Jesus) is not condemned.” John 3:18
When you trust in Jesus Christ alone to save you, God forgives you! You become His child, and He promises you a home in heaven forever! Put your trust in Jesus as your Savior from sin. Do it today, and begin following Him by obeying His Word, the Bible.
If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us! We’d love to talk to you!
BACKWe believe that the Holy Bible as originally written was verbally inspired of the Holy Spirit and the product of the Spirit-controlled men. Believing in the inerrant, infallible authority of the Scriptures, we accept the whole Bible, both Old and New Testament, as the Word of God. II Timothy 3:16, 17; II Peter 1:19-21.

We believe there is one living and true God, which the Scriptures reveal as eternally existing and manifesting Himself in three persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, equal in every divine perfection and executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption. Exodus 20:2, 3; Matthew 3:16, 17; I Corinthians 8:6; II Corinthians 13:14; John 19:30; I John 5:7; Revelation 4:11.

Deity and Virgin Birth: We believe that Jesus Christ is absolute Deity, being co-equal with God; begotten of the Holy Spirit in a miraculous manner, born of Mary, a virgin, as no other man was ever born or can be born of woman, and that He is both fully God and fully Man. Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-25; Luke 1:35; John 1:1,2,14; Philippians 2:6.
His Atonement for Sin: We believe that the salvation of sinners is wholly of grace through the mediatorial offices of the Son of God, who, by the appointment of the Father, freely took upon Himself our nature, yet without sin, honored the divine law by His personal obedience, and, by His death, made a full and vicarious atonement, through the shedding of His blood, for our sin; He is in every way qualified to be a suitable, compassionate and all sufficient Savior. Isaiah 53:4-7, 11, 12; Matthew 18:11; John 3:16; John 10:18; Acts 15:11; Romans 3:24,25; I Corinthians 15:3, 20; II Corinthians 5:21; Galatians 1:4; Ephesians 2:8; Philippians 2:7, 8; Hebrews 2:14; 7:25; 9:12-15; 12:2; I Peter 2:24; 3:18; I John 2:2; 4:10.
His Bodily Resurrection: We believe in the literal resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord. Matthew 28:6, 7; Luke 24:39; John 20:27; I Corinthians 15:4.
His Ascension and Intercession: We believe that the risen, glorified Lord ascended into Heaven; that His present ministry is as our great High Priest and Advocate at the right hand of the throne of God. Mark 16:19; Luke 24:51; Acts 1:9-11; I Timothy 2:5; Hebrews 2:17; 5:9, 10; 8:6; 12:2; I John 2:1; Revelation 3:21.
His Second Coming: We believe in the personal, pre-millennial and imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ: that the Scriptures teach it to be in two phases: First, the pre-tribulational Rapture of the Church, the Body of Christ, into the glorious presence of the Son of God and Second, the Revelation of Jesus Christ, as He returns to reign upon the earth on the Throne of His father, David. Isaiah 9:6, 7; Luke 1:32; John 13:3; Acts 1:11; 2:29, 30; I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Hebrews 9:28; James 5:8.
His Millennial Reign: We believe that Jesus Christ will reign, in righteousness, upon the earth for a literal 1,000 years. Psalm 72:8; Isaiah 11:4, 5; 32:1; I Corinthians 15:25; Revelation 20:1-6.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person who is equal with God the Father and God the Son, and of the same nature; that He was active in creation; that, in relation to the unbelieving world, He restrains the evil one until God’s purpose is fulfilled; that He convicts of sin, of righteousness and of judgment; that He bears witness to the truth of the Gospel in preaching and testimony; that He is the agent of new birth, that He seals, endues, guides, teaches, witnesses, sanctifies, and helps the believer. Genesis 1:1-3; Matthew 28:19; Mark 1:8; Luke 1:35; 24:49; John 1:33; 3:5, 6;14:16, 17, 26; 15:26, 27; 16:8-11, 13; Acts 5:30-32; 11:16; Romans 8:14, 16, 26, 27; Ephesians 1:13, 14; II Thessalonians 2:7, 13; Hebrews 9:14; I Peter 1:2.

We believe in the personality of Satan who is the unholy god of this age and is the author of all powers of darkness. He is destined to the judgment of an eternal justice in the Lake of Fire. Matthew 4:1-3; Mark 1:13; II Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2; Revelation 20:10.

We believe and accept the six literal 24 hour days of the Genesis account of creation and believe that man came by the direct creation of God and not by evolution; that man was “created in God’s Image.” Genesis, chapters 1 and 2-(specifically Genesis 1:27 and 2:7); John 1:3; Colossians 1:16, 17.

The Fall: We believe that man was created in innocence, under the law of His Maker, but by voluntary transgression, fell from his sinless and happy state in consequence of which all mankind are now sinners, not only by constraint, but of choice; and, therefore, under just condemnation without defense or excuse. Genesis 3:1-6; Romans 1:18, 20, 32; 3:10-19; 5:12, 19; Galatians 3:22; Ephesians 2:1-3.
Genders: We believe that God ordained and created only two genders, male and female. Both genders are established by God at conception, are irreversible, and equally bear His image. Both genders are therefore equal in worth, dignity, and responsibility before Him. Genesis 2:7, 21-22; Job 33:4; I Corinthians 14:33; Ephesians 5:9.
Marriage: We believe that marriage was ordained by God to always and forever be between one man and one woman. Any other form of marriage relationship concocted by man (including man-to-man, woman-to-woman, polygamy, etc.) directly violates God’s will and is therefore sin. Prov. 24:21; Mal. 3:6; Rom.1:26; I Cor. 14:33; Galatians 5:16-25; Jas. 1:17.

We believe that, in order to be saved, sinners “must be born again;” that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become the children of God; that the new birth is a new creation in Jesus Christ; that it is instantaneous and not a process; that in the new birth, the one dead in trespasses and in sins is made a partaker of the divine nature and receives eternal life, the free gift of God. Its proper evidence appears in the holy fruits of repentance and faith and newness of life. John 1:12, 13; 3:3, 6, 7, 8; Acts 16:30-33; Romans 6:23; II Corinthians 5:17, 19; Galatians 3:26; 5:22; Ephesians 2:1; 5:9; Colossians 2:13; II Peter 1:4; I John 5:1.
